The Creditors Clerk role will be responsible for administrative functions related to financial management and payment of invoices ofsuppliers.


We are currently in the process of identifying high-caliber candidates within the Finance Management Space. The ideal Candidate must have Grade 12 and demonstratable skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The incumbent must have previous experience in Accounts Payable functions. A related Financial qualification or degree would be advantageous. She/he must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The incumbent must also have a valid Code B Drivers license and be able to obtain a Certificate of Medical Fitness.


The Creditors Clerk will be responsible for the following: ensure all invoices and payments are processed timeously and accurately; be responsible for the accounts/supplier relationship and all payments for assigned specific vendors; verifying supplier details prior to making payment and ensuring that all controls are adhered to; reconciliations of Supplier Accounts to statements; validation of invoices in Vendor Inventory Management (VIM); timeously resolution of GRIR queries; liaising with suppliers and business users to resolve any queries on outstanding items and any other accounting or administrative duties required by supervisor.
