WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist the Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resource Officers in the day-to-day Human Resources Administration functions, such as Recruitment and Selection process, Induction/ On-Boarding process, Employee and Labour Relations process and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing documentation for HR Audits and Reporting.
- Manage the administration of Human Resource Department.
- Support the Human Resource Manager, Human Resource Business Partner and Human Resource Officer.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum requirements are Grade 12 with a Certificate or National Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- In-dept knowledge of the HR value chain functions.
- The incumbent must originate from the Khai Ma region and should have their own accommodation.
- People with Special needs are encouraged to apply.
- Be able to obtain a Certificate of Medical Fitness.
- Previous work experience in the mining industry will be advantageous.
- A valid drivers license.
