WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Contribute to developing an organizational culture that attracts and retain top caliber talent.
- Continuously monitor evaluate and contribute to the nurturing of key relationships to maintain good industrial relations with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of competency frameworks and job profiling.
- Assist line management in selecting appropriate employees who fit the organizational culture with appropriate selection practices.
- Responsible for contributing to effective employee onboarding and ongoing training and development opportunities in line with organization and employee needs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Relevant Degree in HR/Labour Relations/Psychology or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of key HR functions.
- Previous experience in the mining industry will be advantageousy.
- Strong leadership qualities, strong administrative and high-level interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong analytical excel skills, business acumen and an ability to self manage workload and priorities.
- A valid Driver’s License.
- Must be able to obtain a Certificate of Medical Fitness.
