PURPOSE OF THE JOB

A rewarding opportunity exists for leaders who have the right attitude and drive to play an active role in the expansion and digitalization of the Concentrator Plant.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

An individual with a relevant degree in Mechanical / Chemical Mineral Processing with minimum 10 years’ professional experience in base metal mineral industry of which at least 2 years should have been in project management of a brown field Capital projects, from concept to commissioning. The ability to obtain a Certificate of Medical Fitness is required for this role .

KEY PERFRORMANCE AREA

The Project Manager will lead the Concentrator expansion and digitalization project stream from selection of competent partners, tendering ordering, Plant design, quality control, construction, commissioning, ramp up to the design capacity and to ensure that the project objectives are achieved with ZERO harm as the top priority.

S/he will be responsible for management of the project team, including own employees and business partners ensuring the plant infrastructure is operational within scope, time and budget as well as Financial Budget Control in terms of project management and related regulatory approvals compliance
