WHAT YOU WILL DO
- The full training cycle in the Mining Department i.e. training needs identification, design and development of training programmes and the evaluation of training.
- Conduct classroom and on-the-job training.
- Moderate assessments as and where required.
- Manage Training Instructor(s).
- Responsible for the accuracy of training records for all Mining.
- Source, evaluate and manage external training.
- Assist with the compilation of the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR).
- Ensure quality of learning takes place and is monitored at all times.
- Coordinate with CBP’s regarding Audits and all training related matters.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Certificate Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices (NQF Level 4).
- Blasting Certificate for scheduled mines/relevant Mining Skills Programmes.
- Grade 12.
- Assessor & Moderator – MQA Registered.
- 3 Years of relevant experience in a Mining Training Environment.
- Valid Code 8 Drivers License (must be able to obtain a mine vehicle license).
- Must be able to obtain a certificate of medical fitness.

- Remuneration will be according to qualifications and experience and will include competitive conditions of employment.
