One of our HR philosophies is to invest in our talent and leadership to ultimately create an ecosystem that fosters leadership from within.”
This recognition highlights the company’s efforts for the best HR, people and workplace practices including Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning, On-Boarding, Learning and Development, and Diversity and Inclusion, among others.
“At VZI, we have a dynamic and diverse workforce of more than 4,000 people directly and indirectly. Becoming an employer of choice in its region is one of VZI’s top priorities in line with the company’s vision, and receiving this recognition shows that the company is well underway to achieving this vision.
